●Regarding the issue that the subscription status of
“Cat's Club” of “Neko Atsume 2” for iOS is not reflected in the application.

If your Cat's Club subscription status is not reflected in the application, please try the following procedure to restore it.


[ If you are currently a member of Cat's Club ]
  1. go to Menu > “Cat's Club Join here” and display the Cat's Club enrollment screen.

  2. Select the course to which you are currently subscribed and click the “Subscribe” button.

  3. * Please do not select a course other than the one you are currently subscribed to.

  4. Click the “Subscribe” button at the bottom of the “Membership Confirmation” screen.

  5. When the system message “You are currently subscribed to this” is displayed, click OK.

  6. * If the payment screen appears and you will be charged, please cancel the operation.

  7. Restart the application and confirm that your Cat's Club subscription has been restored.

[ If you have cancelled your Cat's Club subscription and it is still valid ]
  1. go to Menu > “Cat's Club Join here” and display the Cat's Club enrollment screen.

  2. Select the course you have already cancelled and click the “Subscribe” button.

  3. * Please do not select a course other than the one you have already cancelled.

  4. Click the “Subscribe” button at the bottom of the “Membership Confirmation” screen.

  5. When the system message “You are currently subscribed to this” is displayed, click OK.

  6. * If the payment screen appears and you will be charged, please cancel the operation.

  7. Restart the application and confirm that your Cat's Club subscription has been restored.
